ICCRC licensed member (Nivida Sharma) provides advice, consultation, and representation to clients in matters related to their application with Citizenship and Immigration Canada, matters before the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and appeals before all divisions of the Immigration Refugee Board (IRB) such as deportation, citizenship, and citizenship appeals. It consists of the Immigration Appeal Division (IAD), the Immigration Division (ID), the Refugee Protection Division (RPD) and the Refugee Appeal Division (RAD). |
