FSTP Express Entry

Express Entry is a rapid-processing system that processes applications for permanent residency within just a few months. However, before we get to that, let's talk about the CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score.

To be invited, you need to have a good CRS score so that you can be randomly selected during an Express Entry poll, which is held twice a month. A permanent residency invitation is issued to the highest scoring candidates during the draw.

How are you rated?

Your CRS Score Is Affected By:

  • Age
  • Level of Education
  • Work Experience in Canada
  • Work Experience outside Canada
  • Ability to adapt in Canada
  • The capability of speaking English
  • The capability of speaking French
  • Relationships in Canada
  • Your level of language proficiency
  • Employment

Important note: The test results are valid for 2 years following the date of the test. The tests should also be valid when you apply for permanent residency.
